Delivery times for professional orders are estimated as follows:

Preparation: Approximately 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Transport: 24 to 72 hours (working days, for metropolitan France).

However, during the inventory period (first week of April), shipments may be delayed by 1 to 1.5 weeks. Retailers can choose from several delivery options, such as home delivery, parcel relay, pick-up point or direct to their place of work.

Delivery charges depend on parcel weight and destination. Delivery may be free of charge, depending on purchase conditions (for example, from a purchase of €350 for metropolitan France).
