About us
Our brand history
The adventure began in 2005, when we came up with the idea of offering cake decorating equipment like the pros.
Several months of creation around products previously reserved for professionals, testing and adapting the products for home use, and the ScrapCooking® brand was born.
Gourmet and creative, we imagine playful products within everyone's reach to embellish all homemade pastries and sweets. We've built a company on a human scale, and we like to give priority to products made in France.
All our products are designed and largely manufactured in France, in our workshops in Fondettes (37).
Our different production sites
Located in Fondettes, near Tours, in a nod to the Loire Valley's reputation for gastronomy as an art of living, our production site and offices cover 2,400 m2.
It combines manufacturing, sales, product design and recipe development to guarantee the best possible service to our brand's retail customers.
Since 2022, we've had another site in Saint-Avertin, where we ship goods to you.
This organization enables us to offer you a wider range of products and ship them to you every day!
Our commitment to the planet
Since 2024, we have been committed to changing our packaging for sweet decorations, culinary aids, ingredients, preparations and glazes. From now on, it will be possible to see all our packaging in bags and kraft cards for the majority of our food products on our website and in stores.
Our quality approach is closely linked to our desire to produce as close to home as possible, contributing to the local economy whenever possible. Each product is designed and created to guarantee optimum quality, both in terms of compliance with current standards and in terms of use.

ScrapCooking: France's leading producer of sugar paste
After being the first French brand to offer sugar paste to consumers in 2007, ScrapCooking® invested in a machine to produce its own sugar paste in 2023.
We're proud to be able to integrate this production in France, making us the first and only French manufacturer of sugar paste!
