Categories of data collected

The following categories of personal data may be collected and processed:

  • Identity and contact data: title, first name, last name, postal address, delivery address, phone number, email address, date of birth where applicable, internal customer ID, communication preferences and opt-out records.
  • Order-related data: order number, purchase details, order value, purchase history, returns, refunds, credit notes and delivery information.
