Return Policy - EU Customers
Return conditions
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please note that:
- Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned.
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Your request must be sent to the Seller within this timeframe, clearly indicating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The Buyer must return the Product(s) concerned within 14 days following the communication of their decision to withdraw, in their original packaging, in good condition, complete (accessories, manuals, etc.), suitable for resale, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Products must be returned to the following address:
CARAMBELLE SAS – 14 rue Pierre et Marie Curie – ZA La Haute Limougère – 37230 FONDETTES – FRANCE. - Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, except in cases of transport damage, product defects, or preparation errors. In such situations, ScrapCooking will cover the shipping costs.
- For returns based on personal convenience (change of mind, product not suitable, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The cost of the return label will be communicated beforehand.
- A confirmation will be sent to the Buyer upon receipt of their request, along with a return slip to include in the parcel to ensure proper handling of the return.
⚠️ Once an item has been opened or used, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refund:
- The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request or the standard withdrawal form.
- The Seller may, however, delay the refund until the Products have been received.
- The refund is made to the bank account used for the original payment, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another method.
⚠️ Returns sent without a prior request cannot be processed or refunded.
Return process
For customers with a customer account
If you placed your order using a customer account, you can submit your return request directly from your personal space:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to “Order history”.
- Select the order concerned.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return, then confirm your request.
Our team will review your request and get back to you with the return procedure (return label + instructions, if applicable).
For customers who placed an order as a “guest”
If you placed your order without creating an account, you will not be able to use the return procedure via the customer space. In this case, please contact us directly:
- via our contact form, or
- by email at: contact@scrapcooking.fr
To process your request, please provide:
- your order number,
- the item(s) concerned,
- the reason for the return (defect, damage, wrong item, withdrawal, etc.).
Once your request has been approved, we will send you:
- a return label (if applicable),
- the instructions for returning your parcel.
Damage and problems
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refund
Once the parcel has been received and inspected upon return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
