This ruby iridescent food colouring spray gives a metallic, coloured effect that highlights your desserts in the blink of an eye. Perfect for festive occasions or to give a refined finish to your sweet creations.
Ingredients: alcoholic vanilla flavour, carrier: E555 potassium aluminium silicate, colour: E172 iron oxides and hydroxides, emulsifier: E433 Polysorbate 80, propellant: E290 carbon dioxide. Content: 75 ml.
Use instructions: shake well before use. Spray at a distance of 25/30 cm, keeping the can as upright as possible. Spray a thin, even layer. Use sparingly. For use in cakes, pastries and confectionery. It is important to clean the nozzle after each use. We recommend that you wait for at least 1 h before eating the mix. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 45° C. Precautions for use: Danger, extremely flammable aerosol product. Pressurised container: may rupture when heated. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or on any other ignition source. Do not perforate, or burn, even after use. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/122°F. Do not spray in the eyes. Do not inhale. Use in a well-ventilated area.
