The Marquise mould is professional quality, made from 100% Platinum silicone. This makes it easy to release your Yule log while preserving every detail of the design. What's more, this mould features a clever integrated reservoir on top: this recessed channel is ideal for holding a topping, mirror glaze, fruit purée coulis, caramel or any other delicious finishing touch. The central groove showcases your decorations while making them easier to apply for a neat, refined result.
