Material: Probe in food grade 18/8 stainless steel Suitable for use with an induction hob.
Instructions for use:
Press the ON/OFF button to switch the thermometer on and off.
Press the °C/°F button to select the desired measuring unit.
To view the temperature away from a heat source, press HOLD to block the display. The screen displays the symbol "H”.
Press the HOLD button again, the thermometer goes back to taking measurements.
Temperature range: -50°C to +300°C.
Switches off automatically after 10 minutes.
Battery: 1 x 1.5V (LR44)

Clean the probe with a damp cloth.
Do not soak.
