1. Add products to the cart: Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.

2. Access your cart:

  • Click on the cart icon at the top right of the page.
  • If you have finished your selection, press "Continue".

3. Finalizing the order:

  • Log in to your account or create a new one if necessary (you can also place an order as a guest).
  • Fill in your personal information.
  • Choose your delivery method then proceed to payment.
  • Validate your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is validated.

To cancel or modify your order, make sure it has not yet been marked as "shipped". If your order is still in "payment accepted" or "being prepared" status, contact our after-sales service (SAV) via our contact form or directly at the following email address: boutique@scrapcooking.fr.

Be sure to contact us quickly to ensure that the changes can be taken into account before the preparation and shipment of your order.

    All your payments are 100% secure through the STRIPE or PAYPAL platforms, in accordance with French and international interbank security protocols.

    Each transaction is secured with advanced encryption technology.

    No banking information is transmitted to La Boutique ScrapCooking®. Only the secure services of STRIPE or PAYPAL process your payments.

    For any order placed before 11:30 AM, it is shipped the same day.

    For any order placed after 11:30 AM, it will be shipped the next day.

    Then, add the delivery time of the carriers, which is generally 1 to 4 days for France.

    • Average delay observed for DPD: 24-48 hours.
    • Average delay observed for Colissimo: 48 hours.

    Please note that during holidays and periods of high traffic, these times may be extended.

    To track your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, as well as an email from the carrier with a tracking link.

    If you do not receive these emails, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or directly at the following email address: boutique@scrapcooking.fr so that we can provide you with the necessary information.

    For a Colissimo shipment: if the package fits in your mailbox, it will be left there; otherwise, the postman will attempt redelivery or leave a notice so you can reschedule the delivery or have it dropped off at a relay point. The postman may also leave the package with your building's concierge if you authorize it.

    For a DPD Predict shipment: delivery is made in person and requires a signature. If you are not present, you will receive an email from the carrier to schedule a new delivery date.
