Competition rules
Article 1 – Organization
The company ScrapCooking (CARAMBELLE), whose registered office is located at 14 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, ZA La Haute Limougère, organizes a purchase-required contest entitled: “3 Orders Refunded on ScrapCooking”, accessible on the website www.scrapcooking.fr.
Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
The contest is open to any natural person of legal age who has placed an order as a private customer on the website www.scrapcooking.fr between February 16, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. and February 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (inclusive). The participant must be subscribed to the newsletter.

The following are excluded from participation:
- professionals,
- employees of ScrapCooking and its partners,
- any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization of the contest.
Participation is automatic for each eligible order placed during the contest period.
Article 3 – Contest Terms
Each order placed during the contest period is automatically entered into the prize draw. Only one entry is counted per order. Any attempt at fraud or non-compliant participation will result in the exclusion of the participant.
Article 4 – Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw, which will take place on February 20, 2026, from among all eligible orders. The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days following the draw.
Article 5 – Prize
The winner will receive a full refund of their order, up to the amount actually paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a maximum period of 15 days after confirmation from the winner. The prize may not be exchanged for cash value nor transferred.
Article 6 – Liability
ScrapCooking shall not be held liable in the event of:
- technical or IT malfunction,
- issues related to the payment method,
- force majeure or any event beyond its control leading to the cancellation or modification of the contest.
Article 7 – Personal Data
The information collected for the contest is necessary for the management of the contest and the reimbursement of the order. It is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations (GDPR). Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@scrapcooking.fr.
Article 8 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.
Article 9 – Applicable Law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
