A vanilla flavoured paste for successful desserts. With its black grains and vanilla flavour, this paste is ideal for flavouring and adding visible vanilla grains according to your desires: creams, mousses, bavarois, ice creams, cakes, it adapts to your different needs in cooking and pastry-making.
INTENSE VANILLA BEANS AND AROMA
The vanilla bean and the vanilla aroma will bring aestheticism and flavour to your preparations. The essential ingredient for your custards, entremets, ice creams, sorbets, custards, mousses, macaroons, bavarois, ganaches, meringues, tarts, toppings and other desserts. Can also be used for smoothies, milkshakes, yoghurts and other culinary preparations.

Mix a small amount into your preparations to flavour them. Can be used hot or cold. Its intense aroma allows you to use a reduced dosage. Easy to dose with its 50g resealable tube. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days after opening.
Sweetened jelly vanilla flavour - Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, vanilla flavour, vanilla bean, gelling agent: pectin.
Dosage: 2 teaspoons ≈ 1 vanilla pod. 1 tube ≈ 4 vanilla pods.
May contain traces of MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY.
