This food paste contains real lemon juice to ensure flavour and acidity in your preparations. The essential ingredient for your entremets, ice creams, sorbets, custards, mousses, macaroons, bavarois, ganaches, meringues, lemon pies, lemon cake, toppings and other desserts. Can also be used to flavour your teas, lemonades, smoothies, sauces, dressings, yoghurts and other culinary preparations.
CONVENIENT & EASY
Mix a small amount into your dishes to flavour them. Can be used hot or cold. Its intense aroma allows you to use a reduced dosage. Easy to dose with its 50g resealable tube, can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days after opening.
