The mint colour is a pale shade of green named after the mint plant. It is a popular colour for interior design and fashion, and is also used in baking to give a fresh, soft touch to your creations. Mint can be combined with other pastel colours for a soft, romantic effect, or with brighter colours for an elegant contrast. Instructions: knead the paste until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Preservation : In a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep the rest of the pastry in a cling-film and put it in an hermetic box. Colour may vary slightly.
