This iridescent surface colourant is the perfect way to add a touch of vibrant turquoise to your pastry creations in no time!
Designed for easy application, it is applied with a wet brush, allowing the colour and highly volatile material to adhere well to the surface of your desserts.
This colouring is ideal for decorating a multitude of desserts. Apply it to macaroon shells for a sparkling effect, or use it to embellish the surface of your cupcakes. It's also perfect for adding a finishing touch to your creams and sugarpastes, giving them a refined look.
It's important to note that this colouring is specially designed for surface application and doesn't mix well with liquid preparations. For best results, sprinkle or apply directly onto finished desserts.
Ingredients: Colourings: brilliant blue FCF E133, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: alumino-potassium silicate E555.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.

Use: For decorating confectionery and pastries. Maximum dosage: 6g/kg of preparation. Storage: Store away from light, heat and moisture. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes. Information to keep. Apply the colouring with a dry or slightly damp brush.
