This easy-to-use colourant adheres perfectly to your desserts when applied with a slightly damp brush. It's ideal for adding a new dimension to your biscuits, macaroons and sugarpaste creations... The choice is vast.
Formulated for surface applications, this colourant does not mix with liquid preparations. Instead, it is designed to be sprinkled on or applied to finished desserts, offering an iridescent lime green finish that immediately catches the eye.
Ingredients: Colour: safflower, lemon, colourings: brilliant blue FCF E133, iron oxides and hydroxides E172, carrier: potassium aluminium silicate E555.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, MILK, SESAME, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
Nutritional values per 100g: Energy value: 250kJ/59kcal; fat: 0g of which saturated fatty acids: 0g; carbohydrates: 12.5g of which sugars 1.5g; protein: 0.7g; salt: 0g.

Use: For decorating confectionery and pastries. Maximum dosage: 3g/kg of preparation. Storage: Store away from light, heat and moisture. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes. Information to keep. Apply the colouring with a dry or slightly damp brush.
