Designed for maximum versatility, this liquid food colorant can be used both on the surface and in the mass. It blends perfectly into your preparations, whether sugar pastes, pastillages or sugar lollies.

E122: may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

Caution: The coloring effect obtained with liquid colorant depends on the base on which it is used. A white base (milk, etc.) produces brighter colors, a transparent base (water, gel, etc.) does not produce the same intensity, etc. High temperatures and extreme pH conditions can significantly reduce colorant fastness. Intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs: do not consume as is.
Use: Shake well before use. Add a few drops of colorant to your preparation, depending on desired color intensity, or directly into the airbrush.
Storage: Close tightly after use. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, protected from light.
