Bueno-style chocolate bars at home recipe

This recipe makes 6 bars using the ScrapCooking® Bueno chocolate bar mold.

Step 1 - The chocolate shell

Melt 150g of your milk chocolate bits in a double boiler or microwave. Coat the inside of the mold cavities with the melted chocolate and leave to set in the fridge for around 20 minutes. 

Step 2 - The filling

Spoon 50g of Bueno-style hazelnut cream into the base of each cavity and chill for 10 minutes. Mix the remaining hazelnut cream with 50g of the wafer flakes, then spread this crunchy filling over the first layer. Chill for another 20 minutes. Seal the bars with the remaining melted chocolate, smooth the surface and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours before unmolding.

Step 3 - Decoration

Place your dark chocolate decorating pen in a bowl of hot boiling water, leaving its cap on for 2 minutes. Once it's softened, shake it to make sure the chocolate is homogeneous inside, then drizzle over the bars with a left-to-right motion. Pop back in the fridge for a few minutes until set. And VOILÀ ! Your bueno chocolate bars are finally ready to serve and share with loved ones.
