This cannelé preparation makes an otherwise technical recipe easy to master, delivering consistently delicious results with a rich, indulgent texture.
Specially designed for use with our mini cannelé maker (to make approximately 19 mini cannelés), it can also be used in a traditional oven. After opening, the remaining mix can be kept tightly sealed for future batches.
