Precautions for use: Do not put the mould in direct contact with a flame or on an electric plate. Do not use sharp tools in the mould. Before the first use and after each use, wash the mould in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the pan only when using it for the first time.
Once the batter has been poured in, clean around the edges of the cells or around your mould before placing in the oven.
