Blush" is a pale pink shade named after the natural colour of rosy cheeks. It is a soft, subtle and feminine colour that can be used in different areas such as fashion, interior design, cosmetics and of course, baking. In baking, blush is often used in desserts such as cupcakes, macaroons, wedding cakes and other creations to add a touch of romance and elegance.

Ingredients : sugar 75%, glucose syrup, vegetable oils and fats (coconut oil, cocoa butter, sunflower oil), water, corn starch, humectant : E422 ; thickeners : E466, E412, E415, E413 ; acidity regulator : citric acid ; flavouring, preservative : E202, colourings : E120, spirulina, natural safflower flavouring.

Instructions: knead the paste until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Preservation : In a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep the rest of the pastry in a cling-film and put it in an hermetic box. Colour may vary slightly.
