ScrapCooking® sugar paste in Lilac is an essential ingredient for adding colour and flavour to your pastry creations.

Its soft and elastic texture makes it easy to handle, without the risk of tearing. It is ideal for covering cakes or creating figurines. ScrapCooking® sugarpaste is also naturally coloured with natural dyes and is packaged in environmentally friendly kraft paper, offering a healthier and more ecological alternative for decorating your desserts.

Lilac" is a colour between purple and pale pink. It is a soft, pastel colour, reminiscent of the colour of lilac flowers. It can vary in intensity from very light to very dark. The name "lilac" comes from the name of the lilac shrub which produces flowers of this colour. The colour lilac is often used in interior design, clothing and objects. In baking, lilac can be used to decorate cupcakes, cakes or macaroons to create a soft and subtle touch of colour.
