Dark chocolate glaze with HAZELNUTS and ALMONDS

Ingredients : Dark chocolate 70% (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural flavour), sunflower oil, caramelised HAZELNUTS 4% (HAZELNUTS, sugar), caramelised ALMONDS 3% (ALMONDS, sugar).

May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, MILK, OTHER NUTS, SULPHITES, PEANUTS AND SESAME SEEDS

Average nutritional values per 100 g / Energy value: 2385 kj - 574 kcal / fat: 42 g - of which saturated fatty acids: 15 g / carbohydrates: 41 g - of which sugars: 35 g / protein: 5.6 g / salt: 0.79 g. 

 Net weight: 400g

Store away from heat and moisture. After opening, store at room temperature for 15 days. A natural phase shift may occur, simply stir the product to homogenise it. The preparation can be reheated 2 times.

To use: Open the cap, place the jar directly in the microwave (<750W) for 30 seconds or in a bain-marie +/- 8 minutes. For icing: 2 large logs or 12 individual mini logs, or 1 large cake or 6 individual desserts.
