The mat is embellished with relief decorations such as candy canes, Christmas trees and stockings, perfect for embellishing your logs and other festive desserts.
To use, place the mat in the bottom of your log mould before adding the melted chocolate or mousse to your log. The decorations will form themselves and all you have to do is remove the mat to reveal the magnificent decorations!

Use this ‘Sweet Xmas’ mat to print pretty embossed decorations on your festive desserts. Perfect for printing directly into your mousse, it features a large Christmas tree as well as lots of small shapes such as candy canes, hearts, gingerbread men, Christmas stockings and much more.
With this 3D silicone mat, you can create a variety of log recipes, whether iced, with a chocolate shell or a printed mousse. Adjustable to any size, it can be used in the freezer, fridge and oven.
Made from white 100% Platinium silicone, this mat is ultra-resistant and easy to use and clean.
Simply place the mat in the bottom of your log mould and apply the mousse or chocolate to create the shell. Once the log has set, unmould it and remove the mat to reveal pretty prints that will dazzle young and old alike.
Material: 100% platinum silicone, suitable for food contact. Ultra flexible and non-stick mat.

Instructions for use : Before using the first time and after every use, wash the silicone mat in hot water without the use of any detergent or washing up liquid. WARNING : carefully remove the mat from its holder.
Oven, micro-wave, fridge or freezer safe.
Withstands temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.
Dishwasher, electric and conventional oven safe.
