Use this ‘Snowflake’ mat to print pretty, original decorations on your festive desserts. With this mat, you can create thin, elegant snowflake-shaped tiles to decorate both your desserts and savoury dishes.
These tiles are ideal for decorating pastries such as logs, cakes and more! They can also be used to embellish savoury cakes or vegetable veloutés.
This white mat is made from 100% platinum silicone, making it quick and easy to remove your tiles from the mould. This is crucial because your tiles are thin and can break easily.
The size of this mat makes it ideal for making three flakes in one go, as well as being perfect for decorating medium-sized logs. The mat is easy to clean and is oven, freezer and fridge safe.
