Ingredients : Edible gelatin derived from acid-voiced fish skins. Gelatin suitable for human consumption.
Directions for use : Take the desired quantity of gelatin powder, then add 6 times its weight in cold water (e.g. for 2 g of gelatin, hydrate in 12 g of water). Stir the mixture directly into your hot preparation. Do not add gelatin to a boiling preparation, as it will lose its gelling effect.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature.
