Ingredients : Pectin E440, Sucrose
Approximate dosage: 0.5 to 1.5%
Instructions for use: Mix with 3 to 5 times the weight of sugar or with other dry ingredients.
Dissolution: Complete dissolution is rapidly at 80/85°C with rapid stirring to avoid lumps.
For foodstuffs, limited use
