10 Gelatin sheets - Gelatin made exclusively from bovine collagen protein. BRONZE quality is more or less equivalent to 120/155 Blooms. 1 sheet = ± 3 g. Bovine gelatin leaf - Ingredients: 100% gelatin (bovine). May contain traces of SOYA, MILK.

Use: Rehydrate the leaves in cold water (5 to 7 min) to allow them to soften and swell slightly, then wring them out. Hot: Add them to your preparation and stir until completely dissolved. Cold: Slightly heat the wrung-out gelatine, stirring until completely dissolved (do not boil). Then slowly add the cold mixture to the gelatine. Never do the opposite! Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
