The "Gold Bear" set is a complete set to add a touch of elegance to your creations. The set contains a gold silicone bear mold, which is easy to use and clean and is perfect for making desserts for parties and special occasions.
The set also includes a gold food brush, which makes it easy to apply the included 2.5g jar of gold surface coloring to your little bears.
Material mold bears : Silicone 100% platinum of professional quality suitable for food contact.
Dimensions of bear mold : 23.5 x 12.5 cm
Dimensions of each cavity : 4.5 x 3 x H 1.5 cm.
Use of the Teddy Bear mold: Oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer. Temperature resistant from -20°C to + 230°C. Dishwasher safe, electric and traditional oven safe. Precautions for use : Do not put the mould in direct contact with a flame or on an electric plate. Do not use sharp tools in the mold. Before the first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the pan only the first time you use it. Once the batter has been poured, clean around your pan before baking.

Food coloring surface gold - Ingredients : Carrier: potassium aluminium silicate E555, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides E172.

Use of coloring : Do not incorporate into a preparation. Apply the surface colorant with a wet brush. Maximum dosage: 0,2g/kg of preparation. Keep away from light and humidity after opening. For pastries, confectionery. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not put in the eyes.
