This recipe combines milk chocolate mousse, white chocolate insert, crunchy streusel and dark chocolate biscuit, all decorated with crunchy cocoa-based tiles for a gourmet finish.

PET moulds : 

Use : Can be placed in the fridge and freezer. Not dishwasher or oven safe.

Cleaning instructions: Before first use, wash the moulds in warm water and dry carefully. Wash and dry after each use.

Silicon mat : 

Resistant to temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.

Dishwasher safe, electric and traditional oven safe.

Precautions for use : Do not put the mould in direct contact with a flame or on an electric plate. Do not use sharp tools in the mold. Before the first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the pan only the first time you use it. 

Once the batter is poured in, clean around the edges of the cavities or around your pan before placing in the oven.

Warning: Carefully remove the clips or tie to separate the pan from the card.

Kraft cake board : 

Cleaning : after every use, wipe with a damp clothe or sponge.

Store away from light, heat and moisture.
