Not only does this kit include the utensils you need to make a success of your desserts, it also contains two log recipes: one with caramel and pecans, and another with red fruit and chocolate.
The advantage of these moulds is their quality. Their 100% platinum silicone material means they can be used in the oven, freezer or fridge. You'll be able to bake cakes, gateaux and, of course, logs with the Instant mould.
The ease with which these moulds can be used means they're easy to remove from the mould, whether for sponges, inserts, cakes or logs. The silicone material allows air to circulate during demoulding, preventing your chocolate shells from breaking and guaranteeing impeccable results.

Instructions for use : oven, micro-wave, fridge or freezer safe.
Withstands temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.
Dishwasher, electric and conventional oven safe.
Safety precautions: Do not place the mould in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use sharp tools in the mould. Before using the first time and after every use, wash the mold in hot water without the use of any detergent or washing up liquid. For use in the oven, grease the mold before first use only.
