Ingredients : Bovine gelatin made from bovine collagen. Natural ingredient, additive-free, GMO-free. Neutral in taste and odor, it does not alter the flavor of foods. Gelatin suitable for human consumption.
Instructions for use: Place gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Once ready, squeeze out excess water. Add the gelatine to the hot mixture without bringing to the boil. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Leave to cool for 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your recipe.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. After opening, keep for 1 month at room temperature. For best results, use by the date indicated on the packaging. This product can be consumed after this date.
