Add flavour to your cake design creations with this hazelnut-flavoured bueno pastry! An alternative to sugarpaste and marzipan, it's ideal for cakes that are as tasty as they are visually stunning.

With its supple, smooth texture, this paste can be used to cover a layer cake or to shape small decorative elements using a cookie cutter. Its hazelnut bueno cream flavour will delight chocolate lovers and those with a sweet tooth.

 Perfect for biscuits, entremets or layer cakes, this modelling clay adds an original, gourmet finish to your desserts.

Ingredients: sugar (74%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (coconut oil, cocoa butter, sunflower oil), water, potato starch, cocoa powder, humectant: E422, maize starch, thickeners: E466, E413, E412, E415; acidity regulator: E330, hazelnut flavouring, preservative: E202.

GLUTEN-FREE. PALM OIL FREE.
