A chocolate paste ideal for covering and decorating your homemade cakes

Easy to handle and deliciously flavoured with milk chocolate, this chocolate paste is perfect for covering cake designs. Its supple, malleable and elastic texture means you can spread it with precision and achieve a clean finish, whether on a layer cake or simpler cakes.

Unlike traditional sugar paste, this modelling chocolate paste with its subtle chocolate flavour will bring an authentic flavour to your desserts. It's perfect for :

  • a smooth, even cake covering
  • small decorations using cookie cutters
  • chocolate sculptures (flowers, bows, motifs, etc.)

It goes wonderfully well with flavours such as vanilla, caramel, fruit or flavoured sponge cakes. A delicious alternative to sugar or marzipan for cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
