Material: Food grade, professional quality, 100% platinum silicone

Mould dimensions: 29.4 x 17.2 x 0.3 cm

Instructions for use: oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer.

Suitable for use at temperatures from -20°C to +230°C.

Dishwasher safe, electric and conventional ovens.

Precautions for use: Do not place the mould in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use tools with sharp edges in the mould. Before the first use, and then after each use, wash the mould in warm water with no detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the mould on its first use only. 

Once the dough is poured in, clean around the edges of the cells or around your mould before baking.
