This ScrapCooking® passion fruit puree is the ideal ingredient for adding a fruity touch to your desserts.
Packaged in a resealable gourd specially designed to pour and preserve the puree, it's ultra-practical to use.
Its fluid texture makes it an excellent ingredient to add directly to your preparations: logs, entremets, ice creams, sorbets, ganaches or even sweets.
Puree obtained from passion fruit harvested when ripe and sorted. The fruit is mechanically crushed and sieved to separate the pulp from the seeds.
Homogeneous, liquid purée.
Ready to use, you can make many recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, etc. Practical packaging, in a flexible flask, equipped with a re-sealable cap.

Pasteurised product. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably between +4°C/+6°C. Shake well before use.
After opening, store for 21 days at +4°C/+6°C.
