The fruit is peeled, stoned, crushed and sieved, then pasteurised.
Homogeneous, liquid purée.
Ready to use, you can make many recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, sweets, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, etc.

Pasteurised product. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably between +4°C/+6°C. Shake well before use.
After opening, store for 21 days at +4°C/+6°C.
