This edible velvet-effect spray is easy to use and ensures professional results:

- Versatile and safe: suitable for frozen cakes, entremets and other pastry creations, providing an even velvet finish.
For professional use only. As this product is pressurised, it cannot be shipped by air.
Ingredients: Propellants (E943a butane, E943b isobutane, E944 propane), cocoa butter, colourings: E102*, E133.

Manufactured in a facility that also handles EGGS.
Maximum dosage: 30 g/kg of finished product. We recommend waiting at least 1 hour before consuming the treated product (REG.EU.1333/2008).
Net content: 300 ML can.
Directions for use: Ready to use. Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of 25–30 cm, keeping the can as upright as possible. Make sure the can remains at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use. Always keep the nozzle clean. If spraying is interrupted, immerse the nozzle in boiling water for a few seconds, then dry it and resume spraying.

Caution: Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 35°C.
